You must be 18 years or older to use my services, or, if under 18 be accompanied by a legal guardian. All advice and communication given by Soulworker Stacy Renee is for personal interpretation. Soulworker Stacy Renee is not a therapist or licensed counselor and all advice given is not for the purpose of replacing mental health or medical services . By purchasing a session or booking an event, you are agreeing that any information or guidance provided is not intended to diagnose, prescribe, or treat any disease, condition, or injury and does not constitute or substitute for legal, psychological, financial, medical, or business advice. You claim full responsibility for the choices and/or actions you take based on the content of your reading. By booking and purchasing our services on this site, you also agree to our refund and cancellation policies as stated below.
Refund and Cancellation Policy
Scheduling: All sessions will be scheduled using online services provided by Soulworker Stacy Renee. Other attempted forms of scheduling are not permitted unless explicitly discussed with Stacy. If you try to schedule a session in a different way it will not be honored and your session will not take place. Sessions are not considered scheduled or guaranteed until a confirmation email from soulworker stacy renee has been received. If your requested time is not available, your session will automatically be rescheduled to the soonest time available and will not be confirmed until both parties have received confirmation. Customers must provide accurate and up to date phone numbers and emails. Bookings and access to our services are always subject to approval and availability and never guaranteed. Bookings and services can be canceled at our sole discretion should we choose not to provide a service to a particular user.
Cancellation: In the event of a cancellation by Stacy or the Client, the session will then be scheduled for the soonest available time approved by both parties. Should Stacy try to contact the client at scheduled time and the client doesn't respond within ten minutes, the session is considered a "No Show" cancellation and will automatically be rescheduled to the soonest date available. In the event a client is considered a "No Show" cancellation a second time or more, Stacy reserves the right to cancel the session with no reschedule or refund. The client must rebook and pay for a session at that point.
Refunds: Once a session is booked online and a confirmation email is received from Soulworker Stacy Renee, that session is considered final, non-refundable, and non-transferrable. This means that no refund will be given once a session is booked. If you choose to cancel your session or event, you will not receive a refund.

What personal data we collect and why we collect it
Comments
When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.
An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. The Gravatar service privacy policy is available here: https://automattic.com/privacy/. After approval of your comment, your profile picture is visible to the public in the context of your comment.
Media
If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.

If you leave a comment on our site you may opt-in to saving your name, email address and website in cookies. These are for your convenience so that you do not have to fill in your details again when you leave another comment. These cookies will last for one year.

How long we retain your data
If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.
For users that register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.
What rights you have over your data
If you have an account on this site, or have left comments, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.
